Did you agree with ‘above average’ ability to take risk as the answer. I’m just reading through the questions and answers now.
The client’s asset base is about GBP 4m (I do note this is relatively large) and required return is about 6.37%. But the portfolio return is their only source of income in retirement. I would have thought ‘Average’ or ‘Below average’ ability to assume risk?
@Alta12, is this the question about the Gladdis couple? I just answered that their ability to take risk was above average due to their long time horizon.
@alta12, going by the part you pasted above. Even if they have reitred, they can still eat into the corpus which itself is large (provided they do not want to give it to somebody)
