Hello,I am a 1st time taker of the level 3 exam. Pretty straightforward question, can we use abbreviations in the essay portion? If not, I would like to kick the habit now while answering practice questions. I often use 400K or 4 mill.I also use w/ and w/o a lot. Is that something they will penalize me for? I feel like it shouldn't be an issue but I want to make sure. In the high stress environment of the exam I could see myself resorting to those abbreviations out of habit.Thanks!

I think that should be fine, based on what my colleagues tell me. To be honest I'm comfortable using 400k etc, but I'll probably write 'with' and 'without' just to be safe.
