Segments marked as optional in Ethics..

  Friends, there is this section in Ethics which is marked as optional segment. Can one conveniently skip this part during preparation? Is there any possibility of the Institute testing us on this part?

  @Aniket as far as I know, you can skip these topics. Is this from the CFAI syllabus?

  @zee yes it’s from the CFAI syllabus.. Also has Schweser covered these topics? Any idea? I haven’t referred Schweser yet..

  @aniket schweser are unlikely to have covered these topics if they’re optional. In general Schweser selectively cuts out some topics, even if they are technically required, to optimally reduce the content candidates have to study.
