Hi Bishnu,
I am currently preparing for December exam. What worked the best for me was constant studying (that is start early and be consistent), make a study plan for yourself according to the time you want / can invest. Also, it worked pretty good to first read through the whole notes once, to get a grip on the material and than go into detail. The order of the readings has a logic, so I would follow the order given.
Personally, I can recommend getting videos on top of the Schweser Notes, if you are an auditive Person. They really helped me a lot, although I got them a little late and just used them for repeating.
Once you feel pretty safe, do as many Practice Questions as possible. Q-Bank is awesome to work on specific areas, other than that, get Mock Exams. There are a lot of sources (also free ones) on the net (+ you should already have some from Schweser).
If you can, get in contact with other ppl also preparing for the exam. Helps on stress relief and you can ask someone if you have a question. Good luck on your preparation.
