@RoyD‌ no, for Level I it’s 2 exams equally weighted with no topical skew between the two exams. Basically two identically designed exams. And no, it doesn’t violate to ask!
Hey @mitch895. It’ll be similar to the CFA mock exam. The questions are categorized according to the topics and given in a certain order. No shuffling of questions is done for Level 1. I don’t know about the other levels though.
@mitch895 they tend to follow a certain order (similar to mock exams as @snippy says), although you wouldn’t be able to say as you mentioned “Questions 15 – 35 relate to FRA”. Level 2 tend to mix things around a little, and in Level 3 all bets are off (except maybe for Ethics).
hmm i seem to remember one of the articles on 300 hours (or could be on the CFA official website) that FINRA and ethics are among the most important and highest weighted topics that will be in the exam, i can’t seem to find it, do you know if this is true or not? and what are the other weightings? btw if anyone finds the link on the 300 hours blog, can someone please link it? xD
