I would like to ask, is there a way to download a full PDF version of the CFA Level 1 curriculum? I prefer the paper version, but it’s not convenient to carry a book with me every time. I read on my tablet the ethics section, which I downloaded from CFAI website, but other readings are not available.

I believe I have good visual memory and I think it would be better to see the same paper version layout, so the VitalSource Bookshelf version is not an option. I don’t want to scan every page 🙁

There is no way to download the material in PDF directly. All the curriculum books are accessible on vitalsource. If you have a pdf printer installed on your computer, then you can convert the curriculum per reading into pdf. This need to be repeated for all the readings.

I converted the whole curriculum and ordered for print. I feel convenient reading on a printed version.

Alternately, on a tablet, you can download and access all the the content using CFA Program study app.

Another vote for print. The vitalsource stuff is just not worth bothering about imo.

In all honesty boys and girls, the Vitalsource stuff is exactly the same as the book, just delivered in a different way (digitally) – I used it on iphone, htc andro-phone, ipad and pc with no issues at all…
Anyway, @Mixwhat problems are you having downloading the material via vitalsource? I honestly don’t understand when you say you want to see it laid out in the same way as the book. The V/S material look pretty identical to me, even down to the covers glossary and such (granted that’s on the PC)

And yes as @krishTasaid, you could pdf print each reading individually via bullzip pdf printer or similar by downloading it on V/S on your pc and running it through bullzip one reading at a time if you want.

Thanks for your answers. I just wanted to have the exact same layout as the printed edition, but I think I’ll use Vitalsource stuff.

        Thanks again!
