Hi Zee, i am a CFA L1 candidate. My exam was scheduled in may but it got postponed due to covid to november window, i registered for it. I’m still in the 14 day refund eligibility period. I don’t wish to give the exam in november as i have some other exams clashing in that month. Should i cancel it and ask for a refund ?and then re register for the february 2022 window ? Or should i talk to the CFA authorities. Will they give me an option to give it in feb 22 without cancelling ? Also, in how many days should i expect the full amount refund ?

Also, can i reregister for feb 22  while my request for the november refund is being processed ?

Somehow, i don’t seem to cancel it and proceed for refund. But why does it show on my page. It got postponed only once.
