Treasury Work Experience

Hello, I have queries related to work experience; I am working in an Oil and Gas Company, that is involved in marketing and distribution of its products. Its Treasury department is involved in getting insurance of their products, plants, equipment, and assets. The company distributes Oil throughout the country via road (Tank Lorries), therefore in order to minimize the risk involved in transportation, she get insured her product through some insurance companies. My question is if someone is working in Treasury Department with assignments on insurance (as briefly described above), then will that experience be counted in CFA or not?
