CFA Level 3 Planner

Has anyone else had issues with the 300 hours level 3 study planner? Mine will not allow me to update a section i have read and reviewed so it appears as if I have not done so. I have also completed 8 mocks, averaging about a 70%, and have high mastery levels on the majority of the readings, yet my projected score is still 45%. I have messed around with it, inputting 100% for mocks, yet my projected score does not get remotely close to 70% (increasing 1-2% per 100 score on mock). I have used the planners in the past and worked flawlessly and has been quite accurate. I have even filled out a new one and the issues persist.
