Please I will like to know the difference between mock exams and practice exams as some providers use these terms interchangeably, and in some cases they use these terms differently. Thanks

I don’t think there’s a difference. CFA Institute uses the term mock exams, schweser says practice exams, in my experience they’re both full-length, all-topics-included exams.
