I have submitted the deferral form for November 2021 exam and have received a email from cfa institute stating that they’ve received my deferral request and to wait for another 6 weeks to let me know that i can re register for a different exam.
I want to know if they have accepted my request or not? Or what is the next step?
How do I confirm this? -

I don’t think you’ll get a more explicit confirmation. As long as you have proof of your eligibility for deferral I don’t think there will be an issue.
I understand the anxiety, but likely your best move here is to check back in 6 weeks and enjoy that time off.
