Hello, I was a July L1 candidate and recently received my results. I now want to register for the L2 in Feb 2022 but I have missed on the early registration discount while I was waiting for my result. Seems a bit unfair to have to pay an extra $300 for no fault of my own. Is there any special consideration for people in my situation? Thank you for your help.

No, unfortunately. This has always been the case for candidates who want to do it back-to-back, even in the paper-based exam days.
