Does anyone else find they eat a lot more when they are meant to be studying? I seem to always be hungry, and forever taking a break to have a snack. And not a healthy one either 🙁
You’re not the only one! I believe it’s a few combination: for me i like to munch/chew stuff when I’m stressed (and I dislike chewing gums unfortunately), and another reason is probably a desire to take a break in the first place! Munching is a convenient excuse subconsciously?

(solves the need to chew on stuff)
+ no sugar added = sweet craving solution
+ low calorie bonus = won’t get fat
+ buy the ones that don’t give cavities = no tooth problems 😉
