CFA ESG- “Double Negative” questions on ESG

I can’t see an CFA ESG forum. However my question is in relation to the Double Negative questions. I really struggle to get my head round the format, so much that I usually end up getting caught up in knots and getting it wrong.

Does anyone know if this Format of questions are in the actual exam’s ? Also, does anyone have any plan of attack for how to successfully handle these ? I’m really worried I will get them and freeze, or flunk the exam cause of these
