I am 42 years old and having around 18 years of work exp and currently working as senior business analyst with reputed bank. I did my FRM in 2020 and now planning to pursue CFA to give new horizon to my profile but I am in big dilemma should I go ahead or not , will it make any value addition to my profile or should I choose anything else as CFA is more demanding in terms to effort ,I am fine to give but not able to decide should I pursue or not.
I want to move in Risk or Portfolio side.
