Call the Toll Free numbers – ACCESS CODE NEEDED???

        Does anyone know where to find the access code required to speak with the CFA customer service? I tried to call the Toll free numbers but it requires an access code (that I do know know to have).

        Please HELP

          I went through my emails, and found the first email that I got from the CFA Institute confiming that I registered with them. It has a CFA institute ID there, I’m not sure if that’s what they mean by access code, but it doesn’t hurt to try.

            Hi, 
            Thank you for your reply. I tried using the ID number but it did not work. DO you know how download the CFA mock exam in PDF (while the website is down)?

              I don’t think you can (I could be wrong though). That being said, I couldn’t log on yesterday or today from my macbook, but it worked today from my PC and my phone, so maybe try using a different device.
