in reply to: GOOG & DIS – buy or fly? #67269Up::6
On a serious note, DIS’s lineup of movies look very strong this year, but movie revenues take a loooooong time to register in share price for some reason.
in reply to: Average EOC Results #80166Up::6I did mine ‘open book’. Didn’t want to trod on my confidence while working through the syllabus…
in reply to: Kaplan Qbank #82944Up::6- It’s good for practice, loads of questions!
- The questions seem slightly lower quality than their practice exam books (especially the easier questions). But at least you can just focus on the harder questions, especially at the end of your revision.
- I would get the package that includes them, because the one without is just 3 practice exams, nowhere near enough. You can buy them separately but I think there’s a significant saving to get them in a package at the start.

Would definitely recommend.
in reply to: Apparently I just moved up to Level 2?!? #68136Up::5@CFAin80days If you had some extra time and effort – I’m sure that would really help. Although if you’re going strictly for the CFA exams it might be better to optimize exactly for the exam though.
Judging from your screenname are you trying to nail the exam in 80 days?
in reply to: If money was not an issue… #68822Up::5Like @diya, I would like to start my own fund. I’m not sure if it would be a hedge fund though. I would like to try my hand at private equity.
in reply to: If money was not an issue… #68860Up::5It got me – it was very convincing. I was happy that I now had twice as many chances to complete Level 2 by 2014 – but ah well. 🙂
in reply to: First interview! Any tips from the pros here? #69136Up::5Get enough people on this forum (that are nice), and we can start a networking club!
I would join this club!

I get quite confused by derivatives though – the questions can be really tricky.
