I’ve read through all the material and I’m ready to start practicing through problems. I unfortunately only have access to the topic tests (CFAI) and the EOC are mastering those questions along with the 3 mocks provided enough to pass level 1?

Up5I’d work through those first – topic tests, EOC and 3 mocks are a good healthy amount and a lot more than what they used to hand out to candidates. You might find it’s enough, and if it isn’t there are always top-up packages from providers you can get.
For L1 we also have two free practice tests you can use:
