9 months ahead seems very very well prepared indeed – I’m planning on starting L2 soon-ish, but taking it slow and easy until the new year.
My main concern is that if I start too early, I end up forgetting stuff anyway, or burning out.
thoughts?

I wouldn’t start until after the new year. With the holiday season etc it’s just too distracting. Better to hit it hard and true after that!

LOL. This is not new knowledge, but having the graph really shows how starting early helps manage the workload. And also nice to know that I start at the Smooth Slope 🙂

I also enjoyed this graph! I was lucky to make it through L2 starting in the “Tough Hill of Caution” and will definitely be starting in the “Smoth Slope of Assuredness” for L3 which should make for a more manageable schedule.
On that topic though, I’ve signed up for L3 in June 2015 but am debating whether or not to casually start studying now (9 months ahead) or to not touch it at all until 6 months before to avoid burnout. Wondering if anyone has any experiences starting super early they like to share?
