        @harryharryharry, I was able to attain adequate work experience from advertising and tech work, as I still carried out strategy-related work. My personal experience in the CFA Institute work experience process is that it is very similar to writing a cover letter / angling your CV – it depends on how you position it. Having a manager that supports your application also helps a lot.

            Nice article @Zee! I’m not sure what exactly i’ll do once i’ve attained the charter. Currently in accounting, thinking about moving into BD. Always searching for inspiration.

                @zee That is awesome! I am currently in finance (L2 candidate) but looking to go down a strategy -advertising and consulting path and was really fearful that I wouldn’t be able to get charter. Is there any chance I could get your contact (perhaps linkedin) as I might have a question or two in the future! Thanks HHH
