CFA institute cannot ask anyone to appear for may 2021 exam if that candidate has already clicked the tab for defer. Even if the communication has not been made to either to prometric or the candidate.

Am I right?

But, today I got a mail from Prometric regards to my may 2021 exam location along with date and time. Does this mean that my deferral was not accepted or it means that Cfa institute has not informed Prometric about the same?
