I sent them an email instead but I don’t have high hopes that I’ll hear back before the exam. They are usually quite slow with the emails as well.

I tried to call CFA today to ask about the highlighting issue but I was put on hold forever. I will try again later and let you know what they say.

When I do practice questions and mock exams, I always have to highlight key words in the vignette.…Read more
