Yes I do have a proof of the payment which I have made through invoice but I haven’t gotten any type of confirmation mail from cfa institute and I am not able to schedule an exam with prometric.

Actually it’s been a several days since I have made payment but didn’t get confirmation mail so that’s why I am worrying.

I have a problem regarding my invoice actually I have made payment on 26th April for November 2021 cfa level 1 exam but I didn’t get any type of confirmation mail from their side and today is my last date of invoice.

I have mailed them several time with my invoice  swift cope but they are not responding.

What should I do?
