It’s clear CFA Institute screwed this up big time. If they can’t reply to each individual complaint, then fine. But they should be more honest in acknowledging it. I’m sorry to hear about that. I guess I should be lucky that they at least acknowledged my concerns.  I don’t have any updates from them.  I hesitate to post something on social media because a paranoid part of me fears retribution since they’re so secretive about the pass/fail process.

I agree that they might not have a process in place. If that were the case then I wonder why they’re not being open about it (Perhaps some legal reason but that’s a sidetrack that we don’t need to get into.)
